Q&A

Does this only expire if unopened? How long does it take for this to expire if left unopened? I would like to know because I ordered two of this
Thank you for reaching out to us. Our products generally expire 12 months after opening. However, please note that this is true of all of our products, except for the SPF which has an actual date on the tube near the seal at the bottom. To check the expiration date of our products, you can find a jar symbol with "12m" written inside on the back of the label on the bottom right side.
Does this product really work? I have been using this for about 3 weeks and cannot see a difference. The brown spots are not fading at all. How long does it take before I can see results?
Hi Myrna! Thanks for reaching out here. I am sorry to hear that you have not seen a difference. While, it is difficult to say how long it will take because everyone’s skin is different. Dermatologist say it can take up to eight weeks to see a change when using a new product. Most customers see a difference before then but know that it can take some time. I hope with time and consistent use, you see a change in your skin!
